Your initial consultation runs 60–90 minutes and consists of a thorough case history, full physical examination, and a clear explanation of our findings. Where appropriate, treatment will be provided during the same visit. We never rush.
Absolutely! Infants and children are very welcome. Our youngest patient was just 4 hours old. Please bring any relevant birth records, referral letters, or imaging if you have them. We have changing facilities and spaces for breastfeeding as well.
Any relevant imaging (x-rays, ultrasounds, MRI), referral letters, previous reports, or medical records that relate to your concern. For newborns and infants, their child health record ("the little red book") is helpful if available.
Yes we do, but please call us on 0422 241 685 to discuss WorkCover or DVA bookings before making an appointment online. Currently only Dr Charlene is a WorkCover registered provider.
Yes there is parking available within the carpark at 1 Belmore Drive, Rochedale South.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. This allows us to offer the time to another patient. Please call us on 0422 241 685 or manage your booking through the confirmation email you receive.
